My Gallup Strengths: 1. Discipline - I am a rule follower when it comes to most things. I try my best to make sure I do not get distracted by the things around me and I can focus on the task I am working on. 2. Consistency - I am consistent in my work, I am constantly trying my best at what I am doing and produce consistent work. 3. Connectedness - My biggest thing is feeling connected to my class and my peers. I always try to help anyone no matter what the task or situation. 4. Responsibility - I am very mature for my age, so I tend to be very responsible and act in a responsible way around my peers. 5. Empathy - I am very empathetic towards my peers. If there is anyone that needs help people tend to come to me for advice or just someone to talk to.
